यह जानकारी विभिन्न स्रोतों से एकत्रित की जाती है, जिनमें सार्वजनिक स्रोत एवं उपयोगकर्ताओं/मरीजों से प्राप्त जानकारी शामिल हो सकती है।
उपयोगकर्ता यह सहमति देते हैं कि वे किसी भी चिकित्सा, वित्तीय या अन्य निर्णय लेने से पहले संबंधित अस्पताल या अधिकृत स्रोत से जानकारी की पुष्टि करेंगे।
Upcharcity किसी भी प्रकार की चिकित्सा सलाह, निदान या उपचार प्रदान नहीं करता है।
प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग केवल वैध और व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए किया जाना चाहिए। किसी भी अवैध, भ्रामक या हानिकारक गतिविधि के लिए इसका उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
उपयोगकर्ता प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपलब्ध जानकारी का दुरुपयोग नहीं करेंगे और न ही किसी अन्य उपयोगकर्ता या संस्था को नुकसान पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से इसका उपयोग करेंगे।
